Certain services require an application and approval. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or card-network or banking rule;
- Infringe the rights of others or engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity;
